I pleaced an order on-line with Fixfitness on March 30, 2010 and as of today, April 7, 2010 I have not received my order. When I check the status on-line it shows that my order still has not shipped, although my CC card was charged the same day I placed the order. The web site claims to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. However, I e-mailed customer service at least 5 times and never received a response, nor have I been able to reach anyone by phone. I suspect that this company is folding and will continue to take payments for orders, but will not deliver. These companies can get get away with scams such as this when they are bankrupt. Hopefully this will prevent other unsuspecting customers from being RIPPED OFF by Fixfitness.
