I pleaced an order on-line with Fixfitness on March 30, 2010 and as of today, April 7, 2010 I have not received my order. When I check the status on-line it shows that my order still has not shipped, although my CC card was charged the same day I placed the order. The web site claims to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. However, I e-mailed customer service at least 5 times and never received a response, nor have I been able to reach anyone by phone.
