I too was duped by this company however I did some extensive research and was able to get some answers about them. I did not get a phone number however I found A website justanswer.com and they were able to give me some insight into this scam. It's an excellent website however they to were not able to access a phone number. These computer experts did say that it is a "piece of Bogus Software/it is a virus/malware in its own right and if downloaded will cause damage to your machine. Part of its mandate is to trick people into paying to download the Antivirus 360 software." Interestingly enough they provided me with this website http://www.fbi.gov/cyberinvest/cyberhome.htm. I intend to pursue it as I really don't like to be taken advantage of.1dc57
