I too was duped by this company however I did some extensive research and was able to get some answers about them. I did not get a phone number however I found A website justanswer.com and they were able to give me some insight into this scam. It's an excellent website however they to were not able to access a phone number. These computer experts did say that it is a "piece of Bogus Software/it is a virus/malware in its own right and if downloaded will cause damage to your machine.
