Claimed they could fix my computer problem. Spent more than 6 hrs on the phone and they could not fix it but refused to give a refund. Finally got a refund after about 2 months when my credit card company intervened. I should have investigated further before giving them my money. They are nice up until you ask for your money back for not doing what they claim to be able to do. Then you get the run around. If you are considering using this company, DON'T.
