Support trix refused to give me a refund on my credit card after trying for more than 2 hours to solve my PC Problem. They did not have the competency to solve my problem. They, however, in spite of my dissatisfaction refused to give me a refund. After 3 calls they still refused. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. SUPPORTRIX IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS. They will let you hang on the line for hours just waiting for one to give up!! read full review »
