Horrible customer service!! Remote would not work from day one, 4 phone calls later and telling them I had called Home Deport corp office(which I did) finally I received it. They lied on two occasions about it and that to me that is uncalled for a the sign of a untrustworthy company. Not another penny from me to this company and I will tell everyone about my experience. They need to make some changes quickly and not hire people that find it so easy to lie to their customers, that is bad.
