Horrible customer service!! Remote would not work from day one, 4 phone calls later and telling them I had called Home Deport corp office(which I did) finally I received it. They lied on two occasions about it and that to me that is uncalled for a the sign of a untrustworthy company. Not another penny from me to this company and I will tell everyone about my experience. They need to make some changes quickly and not hire people that find it so easy to lie to their customers, that is bad. read full review »
