Dropped off my husbands pants received back with hook at end ripped off the pants were ripped. When I went in the owner tried to convince me it was my fault not hers and was so defensive. Like we are capable of bending the metals and ripping a hole then turning them in and falsely blame the cleaner. Why would we do that? I can not stand customer service any more what happen to trying to keep your customer happy and keep their business. I went in with the intention of just asking her to fix them and move on, but she was so defensive, that I will take the loss of the pants and my business elsewhere. Do not use this location, there are no customer service skills.
