Dropped off my husbands pants received back with hook at end ripped off the pants were ripped. When I went in the owner tried to convince me it was my fault not hers and was so defensive. Like we are capable of bending the metals and ripping a hole then turning them in and falsely blame the cleaner. Why would we do that?
