their client service is a total stuff up, they have problems with their systems and now want me the client to do their work for them!!! Accusing me of not paying 4 months, whereby I have the physical proof of my bankstatements that the debit orders did go off - I mean really I do have funds available, then their system failure could not request a debit order in January, is that my problem?? They did not contact us once or even try to contact us if there ever was a problem (for 4 months) - now they do not want to come to the party and just put in the claim for us towards Oosthuizens insurance company - I have given them time to sort out this and still request from me proof of payment with bank stamps on it, my statements WHO IS THE CLIENT HERE??????? Oosthuizens Insurance said they will just pay my Insurance but according to Swanserv we havent been with insurance since last year September? My husband is the primary member and yet they did not contact him nothing. My sunroof and windscreen was damaged due to Oosthuizens coal truck spilled coal - see photos attached
