their client service is a total stuff up, they have problems with their systems and now want me the client to do their work for them!!! Accusing me of not paying 4 months, whereby I have the physical proof of my bankstatements that the debit orders did go off - I mean really I do have funds available, then their system failure could not request a debit order in January, is that my problem??
