I have commented on this issue before and have since had my bank look into the issue. BUT here is an avenue that I think if everyone here pursued, we would definitely get results!

In corporate filings with the GA Sec of State, Outlet Nutrition was listed under the name of Derek M. Wright, Esq. Yep...he is a lawyer! His firm is Wright Law Firm LLC located at 1429 Ralph D. Abernathy Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30310 PH: 404- 756-9292 Fax: 404-756-9279 Email [email protected] (how cheesy) or [email protected].

I would bet that the GA State Bar would love to hear about these creeps and one of their lawyers shady business practices:
