I had agreed with a representative of SWEETHEAT to a reimbursement of $190.00 on February 18th for which I paid for an event I did not attend. This reimbursement was to occur after the event which ended May 16th, 2010. I have since not been able to contact her even after sending emails and calling SWEETHEAT. I was able to speak to another representative who agreed to reimburse me but only once after May 16th and since then I have not heard from her nor anyone else pertaining to my issue, either. I have also not had any calls returned upon leaving messages on their answering service, as well as having most of my calls unanswered. The 3 times following that I was able to speak to someone they were not able to help me; did not know where either persons I originally spoke to were; nor had any information about when either person would be available, if at all. SWEETHEAT has also refused to answer or return calls from my credit card company after my filing a complaint with them.
