I had agreed with a representative of SWEETHEAT to a reimbursement of $190.00 on February 18th for which I paid for an event I did not attend. This reimbursement was to occur after the event which ended May 16th, 2010. I have since not been able to contact her even after sending emails and calling SWEETHEAT. I was able to speak to another representative who agreed to reimburse me but only once after May 16th and since then I have not heard from her nor anyone else pertaining to my issue, either.
