I ordered two products in January, 2009 for $3.95/each s/h. I received one product only. In February, I was charged for shipment of the two products ($87.13 each). I contacted SWM Lab and cancelled further shipments and asked for a refund. I wasn't shipped or charged for any more products, but I have yet to receive my refund. I called in April, May (twice), June (twice), sent an e-mail to the address they have on their website (it was returned), and finally was able to get a fax number and I faxed a request in July. As of this writing, I still do not have my money. I have now contacted an attorney. My second phone call in May was to tell them that I had a different debit card and that the refund should be a check mailed to me. Their response was for me to contact my bank and tell them to "watch" for my refund and make sure I received it - like my bank has nothing better to do than watch my account!!
