I ordered two products in January, 2009 for $3.95/each s/h. I received one product only. In February, I was charged for shipment of the two products ($87.13 each). I contacted SWM Lab and cancelled further shipments and asked for a refund. I wasn't shipped or charged for any more products, but I have yet to receive my refund. I called in April, May (twice), June (twice), sent an e-mail to the address they have on their website (it was returned), and finally was able to get a fax number and I faxed a request in July.
