double billing
On sept.15 /09 I ordered a download for Norton Internet Security. I was later billed for two seperate orders for the same product and was debited on my Mastercard for these orders, 1652249054 and 4831820317. I would like my Mastercard to be credited for 65.03.

Unauthorized internet charge
Found charge of 174.99 on debit account from DRI*SYMANTEC MYORD.COM/SYM MN
I have never purchased anything from Symantec. It's bad enough their software pops up messages about how "unprotected" my computer is whenever I turn it on without stealing my money.

Charged Twice for same product
I was charged Twice on my VISA card for a virus protection. Both charges were on my latest account summery dated 10/03/2009 and posted on 10/05. Charges were $68.98.

Scam
I just paid last July 24, 2008 for an annual subscription to the Norton Security System at a cost of USD63. Today they advised me that my annual subscription is due to expire in 26 days. This is a scam they are doing.

I did not order this product
On 6/29/09 one of my credit cards was charged $114 + for DR*Symantecwww.myord.com MN. I did not order this and want the charge credited back to me or my card. Because I don't want you doing anything else with my credit card, I'd prefer a check be sent to me. Please contact me at the phone number above to let me know you are doing this. I have recently been the victim of identity theft on all of my credit cards and have had to change all of them. So I am in touch with the police. Please just send me my money back.

antivirus softward
I ordered antivirus software on-line from Symantec & the program would not download. They charged my credit card anyway. I want my $89.98 refunded back to the credit card I used.
