I went to T&C Nails to have a small chip on one nail repaired. The nail tech was so busy on her cell phone that she did not listen to a word I said to her. I asked her to fill the chip and do a polish change.

She started chopping off the nail, I told her not to remove the nail to fix it. She then attempted to fix it. She made such a mess and took so long it was un believable. A five minute fix turned into a half hour night mare. She ruined the nail. She and the manager were very rude. He then charged me $10.00 for the work. He should have paid me.

The other salon in the mall was very busy and they were not, that should have told me something. Beware of this salon, they are untrained.
