I went to T&C Nails to have a small chip on one nail repaired. The nail tech was so busy on her cell phone that she did not listen to a word I said to her. I asked her to fill the chip and do a polish change. She started chopping off the nail, I told her not to remove the nail to fix it. She then attempted to fix it. She made such a mess and took so long it was un believable. A five minute fix turned into a half hour night mare. She ruined the nail. She and the manager were very rude.
