Overcharged
Recently we have gotten a new phone from T-MOBILE that should have been a family plan but so I can get a bigger discount we agreed to pay 1 line as an individual line for 1 month and guess what up to now after how many months they been charging me the other line as an individual line so thats an additional 30 dollar monthly we call they always make a mistake and apologize for it. I said that feels like a conspiracy I'm losing money because your costumer representative made an error informing us that someone call for our line to be separated Are we that stupid, to call them so we will pay more, they are a big company so I am not sure if they train their costumer representative to made errors so the company earn more at the consumer behalf after all the charges that they normally add in a bill they still have to have trained people to make error and make them richer some more, I will never want to be a part of this company, its like a parasite sucking whatever it can suck, they always apologize but I am losing money for their errors, T MOBILE I AM PISSED and ALL will KNOW.

Bad service
T Mobile gives new meaning to lousy service. The pay as you go Nokia phone purchased recently cannot be activated and T Mobile has been completely unhelpful. After seven days and five calls to customer service T Mobile still hasn't been able to activate the phone. This phone is going back. Thank goodness there is no long term contract involved. Anyone who is thinking of using T Moble -- don't!

harassing phone calls
T- Mobile is allowing one of their customers to make
several harassing phone calls to my business phone
several times a day. This is disrupting my order of
business which is a security company. I can not place
a block on this number because it is a cell phone and also because it is a long distance number not a local.
I feel that if any person is allowed to use any product
in any manor that could ruin another persons business
or lively hood then their service should be suspended
indefinately

Scam and cheating
I have been a t mobile customer for 6 years not 1 late payment. According to policy and conditions t mobile doesn't define immediately in the lost or stolen section of the agreement very well. It is vague. The simple truth is they don't value customers. They could have made a customer for life; instead i might as well be a part of the price war thats going on... somebody rung up $1300.00 dollars in charges out of the country.
According to them they cant help or do anything b/c i took too long to notify them. I lost my phone while traveling with two children in the airport with a 1 year old and a 2 year old. If anyone could guide me legally i would appreciate it. It sure doesn't seem right that i have insurance for everything in this world except my phone. It will really hurt to pay this one!!!

Biling problem
I have had T Mobile for 2 months now. On my first bill there was 21 outgoing text messages I was charged for. I have never sent a text message. I have talked to customer service pretty much on a daily basis since. I have changed my number, got a new phone and a new SIM card. The messages keep showing up. I figured out last night that they are charging me for an outgoing text message every time I turn my phone on. I am in a roaming area generally, but has anyone ever heard of this? I am so frustrated that they will not help me and am left with my only recourse to pay to break my contract.

Out of network
I have coverage at my home only. Once I leave my home there is no coverage. I am in Real Estate and need coverage in the City in which I do business, Tyler, Texas Pop. 120K+ I was assured before choosing T Mobile that the coverage in my area was GREAT! It does not work 3 blocks from my house!!!
They want $200 to release me from my contract. Sorry! No service- still I pay?
I already have another provider, and will use my $35.00 a month minutes with T Mobile on personal long distance calls until the end of my contract.
I will not pay them for NO SERVICE and deceptive trade practices!
Also- I plan to make sure that each day I speak with someone in business - and there are 1300 Agents in my area - that they know all about T-Mobile and there business practices.

Is that a slap in the face or what?
I have had the same bill for 27 months. This month, my bill was double. The explanation is that I went over my minutes, which is ridiculous, as I wouldn't have had time to eat or sleep with that many minutes of overage. They can show me a list of calls made, all from familiar #s, but who is to say that this is correct? I have been given $50 for being a loyal customer. I refused and asked for $100. They told me I had already accepted the $50 credit, which I most certainly did not, and said the case was closed. When I 1st saw the bill, I called to ask about it. Turns out i was (allegedly) over by 480 minutes. The ironic, and angering part, is that I was then offered a new plan w/ 500 more minutes for the same price!! Is that a slap in the face or what???

Out of warranty fee scam
I received a phone when I started up the plan. The phone had terrible reception and often cut out. The representative recommended changing to a Nokia. I paid for the upgrade and then received another phone in which the reception, service, and coverage was even worse. It progressively got worse until 3 months later the LCD screen went completely white. There is almost a weekly history of my calling in to complain about numerous dropped calls, being connected to telephone numbers that I did not dial (crossed wires-that ate up my minutes), no bars, and my lack of reception and service even though I was in a green coverage area. When the phone kept getting worse, one of the reps said I needed to send it in under warranty. I did and they sent back another phone. Since then (2 months), I have had acceptable coverage and the dropped calls have been considerablly less frequent. Apparently the original phone was defective when they sent it to me. They claim the phone was damaged internally and that it was as a result of something I did. I was charged the Out of Warranty fee. The only proof they have is a letter they are sending out to me. Their position is that they read the disclaimer out loud to me stating that I would incur the fee if it was physically damaged. This phone had no physical damage. If there was internal damage, then it was defective from the start as indicated from the constant problems I had with the phone-reported the day after I received and started using it. Although the company can read the constant complaints I had with the phone, they are unwilling to look into this further. I am disputing this fee in the amount of $100 and the processing fee of $6.50.

Defective items and poor information from customer service reps
My main complaint with this company is that they totally screwed me on a phone that i upgraded to. I originally purchased a blackberry a little over a year ago. I was able to upgrade after the year of the service so i did, i upgraded to the sidekick id (i originally wanted a sidekick a year ago but they were not in stock) I paid over $100.00 and added an additional 2 years to my service contract to do this.
I received my new sidekick and for 2 days it was stuck on the activation screen so i called and they had to trouble shoot for me to get it to bypass this (the phone is completely inactive while on this screen, so i had no phone for 2 days) once this problem was solved i was able to use the phone but i noticed that all of my calls had this really high pitch sound in the ear piece and the sound would cut in and out in the conversation (i had perfect reception by the way)
So i called into tmobile and they did some trouble shooting and i went along with it and gave it a day or so and it still did the same thing as before and so i called back for a 3rd time now and they advised that i needed to replace my sim card. In order to replace the sim card you have to go to a tmobile store (the nearest one is 45 min from my home) I had to wait until the weekend to do this seeing how i have kids and work and all that good stuff during the week.
I went to the store and they advised that the sim card would cost me $20.00 and then an additional $20.00 to have the information transferred to the new one from the old one. So i refused the new sim and tried it on 2 other tmobile phones that i had and i had no issues on these phones so in conclusion it was the phone that they had sent me.
I called back to the t mobile tech support and advised and they wanted me to do more trouble shooting and i refused and demanded a new phone be sent to me. They agreed and sent out a phone. The phone they sent me is a used phone and it works worse than the first one i received.
My point is that i paid for a new phone and i have not received a phone that works properly yet. I don't think i should have to settle for a used phone seeing how i called in from day 1 on the new phone.
On top of that this same month i called in and advised that i was going on a cruise and that i needed to know how the rate would work on this cruise. The rep asked where i was going and i told him to the Bahamas and Cococay. He told me that the cost would be $2.99 a min. I received my bill and it was $322.00 instead of the normal $118.00 a month. The charges were $5.99 a min and they charged me for roaming and texting after i was told by tmobile it was included in my plan.
How do people get away with this. What is a person to do??? Advise smb!
