I ordered tickets for my boyfriend's birthday a month ago. Tailgatetickets charged my credit card the very same day. I still have not received these tickets. I've been calling these people just about every day for the past week and no one has any answers for me. There is only one person, Amy, who apparently is able to look up ticket orders. And she just never seems to be in the office. Amy promised me that I would receive my tickets yesterday in order for his birthday today. They even went as far as telling me that I would get better tickets if they could not send me the tickets I ordered. Today is the big day and I am empty handed. They can't even provide me with a tracking number because Amy can't find proof that they were even sent out!!! These people are worthless and so unprofessional. I do not recommend using these people. I used StubHub last year and they were great. I regret using Tailgatetickets!!
