I ordered tickets for my boyfriend's birthday a month ago. Tailgatetickets charged my credit card the very same day. I still have not received these tickets. I've been calling these people just about every day for the past week and no one has any answers for me. There is only one person, Amy, who apparently is able to look up ticket orders.
