credit card charges
I use a bank online bill pay service. It takes two days to send a payment to Target. this last month my payment wasnt credited until 6 days after the bank sent it electronically. That was one day late, and Target charged me $39.00 for a late fee, and $3.09 finance charges. When I called to protest, they said, not their problem, cant help you. Said to send it at least 5 days in advance. I said I sent it 6 days in advance...they said, not their problem.
What a ripoff.

Stupid workers
When trying to access my account online, I was locked out. When I called to correct the problem, they said that they were unable to access my account without the account number. I told them that I didn't have it on me, and although they said that they could not access my account, two of their operators were able to access my account and change my online billing status and verify who I was. They were still not able to get me back online to view my statements or make a payment. Stupid people work for target!

Management
If you have any sense of self pride, do not work at this store! The store team leader, hr team leader, and logistics team leader are all in a little three-way power triangle. I was terminated for standing up to their bullying tactics and reporting them to the company's Integrity Hotline. If you already work there, DO NOT USE THE INTEGRITY HOTLINE!!! You will lose your job just like I did. I have a wife and six kids to take care of, but Target allowed them to fire me despite having scores at the top of every category even though I was doing my job with half the hours I was alloted by corporate. In order to try to make it impossible for me to succeed, the STL cut my team's hours in half; when we still outperformed all the other stores, she just flat out fired me for no reason. So now I am collecting unemployment while going back to college. I am going to laugh when one of the managers at target ends up working for me. Payback will be so sweet.

Double charged
I hate Target . The clerks do not speak to the customer and eye contact is avoided at all times. The clerk will stack the bags on the 6 inch counter, rather that place it in the cart. Most of the time, I am charged twice for an item, if I happen to catch it before I leave the store, I have to go to CUSTOMER SERVICE AAARRRGHHH to get my refund. I believe it is Target's practice to randomly double charge customers, because it happens so often.

Rude employee/lying
I called this store before Thanksgiving looking for a handheld electronic video game. The person I spoke with told me that they would check for it and put me on hold. When they came back to the phone, they told me that they had the game. I said you have the electronic handheld game? They again said yes.
Today I went to the store to buy this game. I looked for the game and couldn't find it. I had to go half way across the store to find a kid to help me. I told him what I wanted, and explained about the call. He looked for it and said that they didn't have it. He then asked me "Did you call this particular store?" Like I was stupid. I then asked him to look for it, meaning on the computer. He took out a handheld computer and walked away from me. He went down an aisle, and through a door. He came back out maybe a minute later and showed me the handheld computer and said they didn't have it. He didn't try to help find what I needed, apologize for the misunderstanding or anything. This is the second time I have had trouble with this particular store. I will never go into this or any Target store ever again.

Will never, never have any other registry with them
Daughter registered for Baby Shower Items on their registry... Items, although scanned at the counter never would get deleted off the registration list... this will result in many duplicate items (and if a receipt is not included, cannot be returned)... Called, called, e-mailed until I've just given up... Will never, never have any other registry with them, and will probably not shop there again...

$5 giftcard free with purchase of glade products
I was shopping in Target today for some basics when on the way to the checkout I saw a end-cap for glade products. About a half dozen price signs displayed " Glade Candles and Air fresheners $2.50- and $5 target giftcard when you purchase 5 products" I though that was a pretty sweet deal, so I picked out five products and proceeded to check out. I received my giftcard to use for my next transaction; I thought my total of 93 dollars was high, but I was trying to beat traffic home and it was pouring out, so I didn't think too much of it as I did buy quite a bit of stuff. When I got home and unpacked I looked at the receipt. Low and behold the products were there on the receipt, but not for 2.50 as advertised. Instead, they were 4-5 bucks a piece. The 5 dollar giftcard was considered a rebate of sorts (although NO mention was made on the signage, as I read what little it said thoughly) towards their price. So, instead of costing 12.50 it was nearly 30 dollars after tax; not so sweet after all. Needless to say I am angry and will be going back tomorrow to complain in person as this is very misleading. Also one item I picked up was supposed to be 30 percent off and rang up regular price. I will be returning that as well. I like shopping at Target, which makes this particularly disappointing as my bill was 30 dollars more than it needed to be today.

Terrible return policy
Target s return policy I was given stuff with tags on it as a present for my child and it was wrong size and because I had no reciept they will not take it back I wouldn't have a problem with this if it was not the fact of all I wanted to do is get the $33.00 my sister spent used for something that would fit the kid. like either more clothing or shoes or even a school bag and school supplies for the child.

WORST EMPLOYEE EVER !
I am a frequent shopper at the Rowlett Texas Target Store. A few hours ago the store was busy. Since I only had 4 small items to purchase, I went to the customer service desk where I met up with the rudest employee ever. As I approached the counter, I placed the 4 items on the counter. As I'm doing this, a woman walks in with a MACY's bag to return about 7 items without a receipt. Rude employee looks up and says I need to wait on her first-Meaning the woman who clearly walked in after me. WHAT HAPPENED to FIRST COME FIRST SERVE??? To make things worse, she was sarcastic. Clearly she is poorly trained.
