Target s return policy I was given stuff with tags on it as a present for my child and it was wrong size and because I had no reciept they will not take it back I wouldn't have a problem with this if it was not the fact of all I wanted to do is get the $33.00 my sister spent used for something that would fit the kid. like either more clothing or shoes or even a school bag and school supplies for the child. read full review »
