suing you

harassing calls
Whoever the Tate and Kirlin employees that respond on here are just liars. I started getting calls from this company about a month ago, which was about a week after filing bankruptcy. Guess what you ignorant retches, by law you cannot contact an individual while in bankruptcy or for several months afterward. Furthermore when I sue you it is at minimum a $1500 fine per call, sometimes it increases per the number of calls. Given the 15 or so calls you've placed by now, there is no doubt that you probably owe me way more than I owed you or whoever. So to anyone who is being harassed by these people look into taking action, Tate and Kirlin may be out of business in no time with fines like that. Oh and by all means, make a comment on this and I'll hit you with yet another fine too. See you in court or not, its not like you'd have a chance of winning the case.

employees
The company is legit, but the employees or 75% of them have criminal records and cant find jobs anywhere else. if u have ever been treated rude on the phone its probably because they were under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. how i know? i used to wrk there and seen co-workers using while on the clock, buying in the parking lot then calmly going to the cubicle and calling customers asking for there credit card # or checking information. they never use their real name so to look them up would be useless. dont worry bout the nation magazine exchange, it never shows up on credit report, that acct. is more of a moral obligation. u also never have to pay a 3rd party collection agency. make sure they read u ur rights before even discussing ur acct. and if for whatever reason u dont want to pay or u don't want them to call anymore, u have rights. TELL THEM DO NOT CALL ANYMORE. If they do, u can sue them.. Remember you have rights also and maybe you dont want to give or verify your personal info like name, ss#, address, employer name and phone # to someone who just got out of jail the day before for theft now is asking u for ur credit card info or checking info. AGAIN, not all the employees r bad, but majority of them r and since they dont use their real names, which is also against the law, ur always taking a chance on who ur giving ur info too. DONT EVEN TRUST THE MANAGERS, they also have criminal records, and hire a lot of there buddies. I am just a concerned person who did my research and is handling what i need to, HOPE U DO THE SAME. Blessings to all who take seriousness to my words.
