Lack of response once money is paid
They hold your account hostage for fee's that they do not disclose. Will not return phone calls or emails. Once you do reach someone they shuffle you around and promise to "get that info. and call you back tomorrow" but tomorrow never come. They did not reach a DEAL, they settled on the exact same amount as I owed, so it really cost me more. They didnt do one thing that I could not have done, but once they get your money they will hold you HOSTAGE until they get what they want. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK THIS IS A BAD COMPANY AND THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU AND STILL NOT DO ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL. Do yourself a favor and go see the IRS directly, or use a different service this is a rip-off.

Fraudulent Service
I paid $4500.00 to Taxmaster for represent to a me in a case with IRS
The Attorney of Tax master never went to the meeting and when IRS call never was in the office.
I make all the documents and Taxmaster never check my documents before send to IRS all documents was sent late and the end my debt with IRS remain in the same amount
Taxmaster steal me $ 4500.oo all advertising in discovery Chanell the President of Taxmaster is Fake Taxmaster is only a steal Company

still taking money from me
After many request to stop taking money from my bank account, because they are not doing what they said they were going to do I faxed and mailed Taxmaster to stop taking money from my bank account. They still are taking money and are doing NOTHING they said they were going to do. How do I get my money back and stop these frauds?

Rip off
In Oct.2007 I contracted with TaxMaster to get me out of tax problems with the IRS. They told me they could get my taxes fixed. I am 69yrs old and the man told me because of my age they could get me out altogether. Well two years later I am been Levy by the IRS for the taxes that I owe.I paid them Five (5) Thousands Dollars and they did't do anything for me. I asked them for a refund and my answer was to bad.Can someone help me for I can't affort a Lawyer.

Horrible Negligent Service/ FRAUD
The most incompetent service for Tax professionals. PLEASE STAY AWAY you will be sorry if you don't. It is a scam!! TAXMASTERS exploits folks and uses scare tactics "do not call the I.R.S. yourself" on commercials and on their contract. Until you get that awful feeling that something is wrong, because your bank account has been levied. All the while sending time sensitive material to TAXMASTERS with little information other than "Nothing will happen", because I had been diligent on forwarding every IRS document to them. Well, I called IRS after pleading with TAXMASTER to help me and send me an itinerary (paper trail) of what was being done on my behalf. TAXMASTER HAD DONE NOTHING. Now I am settling with IRS my self. I feel like I have been defrauded after paying TAX MASTER $5250 since August of 08. Here we are in March of 09 and the unskillful comments by ( MS Sheila Thomas) was that they were sorry the work wasn't done as fast as I wanted it to be done. Having 8 months is not enough time apparently... DA...AA!
