They hold your account hostage for fee's that they do not disclose. Will not return phone calls or emails. Once you do reach someone they shuffle you around and promise to "get that info. and call you back tomorrow" but tomorrow never come. They did not reach a DEAL, they settled on the exact same amount as I owed, so it really cost me more. They didnt do one thing that I could not have done, but once they get your money they will hold you HOSTAGE until they get what they want.
