Teleuno persists to add their toll calling plan monthly charges to any New York State employees business line just with a verbal "ok". I have been informed by Teleuno, that it is legal just as long as the person on the other end of the phone is 18 years of age. These guidelines are a little loose and Teleuno have persisted to use this excuse even though they could be talking to anyone, using anyone's phone #, never ask who is authorized to accept these charges, and they don't have to have any proof of anything. This is a huge loop hole since this "authorization" could come from any one of over 54, 000 users of NYS lines managed by NYS CIO/OFT. Upon complaining to the NYS PSC, it was determined that nothing could be done. Someone needs to address this problem.
