Teleuno persists to add their toll calling plan monthly charges to any New York State employees business line just with a verbal "ok". I have been informed by Teleuno, that it is legal just as long as the person on the other end of the phone is 18 years of age. These guidelines are a little loose and Teleuno have persisted to use this excuse even though they could be talking to anyone, using anyone's phone #, never ask who is authorized to accept these charges, and they don't have to have any proof of anything.
