I ordered and received a $300 pair of audi speakers, which arrived damaged. The company (Teptronics) was contacted and offered me replacement or credit. I asked that the damaged speaker be replaced. They agreed to replace the pair, having me ship them back at their cost, and emailed me stating a new pair would be shipped out the day the damaged pair were received in their warehouse. It has been 2 weeks since the tracking verification indicated they received the damaged merchandise, I have not received replacements, they cannot be reached by phone and do not reply to my emails. The original shipment arrived in 10 days. Although a photo of their storefront can be found on google-maps, it appears they are not reputable to deal with. I am filing a fraud report with New York state Attorney General's office.
