I ordered and received a $300 pair of audi speakers, which arrived damaged. The company (Teptronics) was contacted and offered me replacement or credit. I asked that the damaged speaker be replaced. They agreed to replace the pair, having me ship them back at their cost, and emailed me stating a new pair would be shipped out the day the damaged pair were received in their warehouse.
