You order this product at the actual website (www.theairclimber.com) and you're emailed the link to customerstatus.com and an order number to check your shipping and order information. They placed a hold on my bank account for the amount of the purchase, and it's one of those introductory fee and then three easy payments type things. So, not only did they not give a specific date that the monthly fee would be coming from the account, they charged me 9.99 for "Priority Processing and Shipping" to guarantee that it would arrive between 7-10 business days. Then you go to www.customerstatus.com and type in the order number they provide you with only to be told to wait 48-72 hours from when you placed the order. I placed the order two weeks ago and it's still not showing a status. When you call the customer service number for the air climber they can't give you any information without the credit card number you placed the order with. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't need my credit card number to find my order when I have an ORDER NUMBER that you gave me. They're crooks if you ask me!
