I cannot begin to explain how many lies were told by the franchise head 'Paul'. 100% customer satisfaction. Paul is a salesman and a dishonest theif of a man. They put a deep scratch in out baby grand piano. They scratched out wood floors (he claimed they only use a brush vacuum on the floors but I happened to be home and saw them vacuuming our wood floors with a 'normal' vacuum). They broke our shower door. This was in the 1st 3 cleanings!! Their quality control guy, Lee, who supposedly makes sure the cleaners are doing their job let us know that they would stand behind it and fix those things. They they offered to pay for 1/2 the piano refinishing. And, in the end when we said that wasn't good enough (because WE did not scratch it, of course!), they refused to pay anything for it! If I didn't have three children under the age of 7, I would be filing a lawsuit. This was suppose to make our lives more manageable not add stress. In my 36 years of life I have never had someone, especially professionals, be so dishonest and sneaky. I'm hoping this reaches someone who is considering hiring them. I never expected hiring a cleaner to damage things and have no recourse.
