The Fitness Store (and it's parent company G&G fitness) sold me a $2200 treadmill that makes a metalic clanking noise when it is elevated. They claim there is nothing wrong with it but a $2200 treadmill should not make noise! The treadmill (Pacemaster) also had a deck crack issue when Con Reports tested it. Fitness Store/Pace master refused to let me exchange for different brand and installed thicker deck, which made the machine louder. They now refuse to service it after I complained that the metalic noise is still there. Worthless thieves who will take your money and not back up their equipment. DO NOT shop at the Fitness Store or buy Pacemaster equipment.
