Aweful experience with this company. If you need a quality treadmill, elliptical, etc go to Tiger Joes on Kingsridge. The Fitness Store (and it's parent company G&G fitness) sold me a $2200 treadmill that makes a metalic clanking noise when it is elevated. They claim there is nothing wrong with it but a $2200 treadmill should not make noise! The treadmill (Pacemaster) also had a deck crack issue when Con Reports tested it.
