having ordered 48 pink roses 6 days prior to mothers day, I requested that they be delivered 2 days before (Friday) No flowers have been delivered, yet the £35 payment was taken out of my bank account the day after i placed my order. I have tried to contact this company but the phone number is always on a "busy" tone, I have had no response to my emails. I would advise that anyone who is thinking of using this company to avoid it. It is a complete sham. other reviews i have read include that delivery is late, or never comes, flowers arriving dead, others say that flowers are nothing like advertised either. I believe the company is also under investigation from trading standards aswell. who I am about to contact. I doubt I will be getting the flowers I ordered or indeed my money back!!
