having ordered 48 pink roses 6 days prior to mothers day, I requested that they be delivered 2 days before (Friday) No flowers have been delivered, yet the £35 payment was taken out of my bank account the day after i placed my order. I have tried to contact this company but the phone number is always on a "busy" tone, I have had no response to my emails.
