Do not buy things from The Good Guys Warehouse especially at the Casula NSW Warehouse. The service there is terrible, staff treat there customers with contempt. Recently we purchased a fan from them & when we got it home it did not work.

Apon returning the item we were refused our money back & only offered a replacement or a store credit note. When you purchase something you expect it to work first time & if not you should be allowed to receive your money back as the item is faulty.

Instead the staff at The Good Guys Warehouse Casula claimed that although the item was faulty & did not function, it came under the return policy of change of mind. There was no change of mind. The item simply DID NOT WORK!
