Do not buy things from The Good Guys Warehouse especially at the Casula NSW Warehouse. The service there is terrible, staff treat there customers with contempt. Recently we purchased a fan from them & when we got it home it did not work. Apon returning the item we were refused our money back & only offered a replacement or a store credit note. When you purchase something you expect it to work first time & if not you should be allowed to receive your money back as the item is faulty. Instead the staff at The Good Guy... read full review »
