My husband and I feel we have been a victim of a fraudulant real estate transaction from Abby of The Great Homes Group in Orlando, FL. We entered into a good faith contract with our realtor, proceeded to obtain financing, paid for appraisals and inspections only to find out that the "seller" was not the "owner" of the property. This has cost us over $3, 000.00. This was money that we saved to buy our first home together.
