My husband and I feel we have been a victim of a fraudulant real estate transaction from Abby of The Great Homes Group in Orlando, FL. We entered into a good faith contract with our realtor, proceeded to obtain financing, paid for appraisals and inspections only to find out that the "seller" was not the "owner" of the property.
