I was suggested to purchase 6 grooming coupons and get 1 free coupon in Jan 2011 which shall valid for 1 year. I was advised to buy basic grooming coupon RM 40 instead of full grooming coupon RM 80 because I can use 2 coupons if my doggy goes for full grooming and 1 coupon if my doggy goes for basic grooming as they wont give back any change. First time I used, it was fine. They accepted 2 coupons for full grooming. Today I went again but they refused to accept 2 coupons. I have to pay rm 40 cash + 1 coupon. I was told "rules changed". This time they practiced 1 coupon per visit. But such rules was not written on the coupon at the time I purchased them. And nobody seems to understand and attend to my complain as though "you want your doggy back, pay cash rm 40 + 1 coupon". I called up The Pet Family Shah Alam and they said they dont practise "prepaid coupon" so they cant help too. Different branches different promotion and practice. RM 40 is not a large sum but it is the matter of confident and trust I had on them...I was left with no place to turn to...
