I was suggested to purchase 6 grooming coupons and get 1 free coupon in Jan 2011 which shall valid for 1 year. I was advised to buy basic grooming coupon RM 40 instead of full grooming coupon RM 80 because I can use 2 coupons if my doggy goes for full grooming and 1 coupon if my doggy goes for basic grooming as they wont give back any change. First time I used, it was fine. They accepted 2 coupons for full grooming. Today I went again but they refused to accept 2 coupons. I have to pay rm 40 cash + 1 coupon.
