DO NOT work here unless you enjoy: High stress, layoffs, bad people management, demanding clients, HIGH sales turnover, biased management, nepotism, declining customer service, bad promotion practices, poor pay compared to industry standard. Unrealistic expectations, planning and execution by owner and his wife. Owner led dictatorship that tries to look like a democracy. Owner dislikes change but demands progress. Wants sales but does not support sales efforts. Wants technical progress but does not allow ample time to complete projects. Owner does not value technical staff. Wants others to manage but will not allow them to make decisions. Owner has very little respect for employees, gossips about employees in meetings. Phony feeling of team effort. I worked there more than a year and EVERYone is pretty miserable- some great people working there though.
