I called Abra Cadabra -Wharton to make an appointment for an estimate. I was told to be there between 3pm to 6pm. I explained it was a vacant home and I would be waiting.

At 6:15pm I called the office to see if someone was coming, afterall, I had been waiting for 3 hours at that point. I was assured that someone was "finishing up a job and would be right out".

I gave up waiting after 5 hours!!!

I called the office again at 8pm and got the machine. It said someone would call me in 5 minutes. NO ONE EVER CALLED!!!

The TOTAL lack of communication not to mention wasting 5 hours is inexcuseable!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY DO NOT RESECT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TIME!

A simple phone call would have been professional as well as cordial!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
