I called Abra Cadabra -Wharton to make an appointment for an estimate. I was told to be there between 3pm to 6pm. I explained it was a vacant home and I would be waiting. At 6:15pm I called the office to see if someone was coming, afterall, I had been waiting for 3 hours at that point. I was assured that someone was "finishing up a job and would be right out".
