I placed an order on May 19, 2009 for a total of $84.76. I selected 3-5 business day UPS delivery. My order was processed and completed by Thursday May 21, 2009, my credit card was charged as well.

They claim that you will receive a tracking number, which I never received.

My attempts to contact them have been futile. Their 1-866 # gives you an answering machine, saying their representatives are busy.. leave a message and they'll call you back. I've left a message, no call back. I've called them no less than 10 times at different times during the day to see if it was a fluke, I ALWAYS get the machine.

I've emailed both of the email address I have received through the ordering process, both are instantly returned by mailer demon because the mailbox is full.

I am about to go to my bank and reverse the charges. I have no way to contact this company as all my efforts have proved useless.

Do not trust these people, they are just going to rip you off. I wish I had googled them before this happened.
