The same thing has happened to me (purchased an $800+ camera, charged on credit card, order cancelled by them I might add, no credit applied) but now I have a new wrinkle to add...my credit card company ClickCiti/MasterCard is refusing to credit my credit card as they say there is no account anymore at the bank where web-shop had its account. Now one of the reasons for using an "internet credit card" I thought was to be protected in instances like these. They are not protecting me...so now I plan to go up against not only Web Shop, but Click Citi too.if anyone has had any experience with the credit cards company refusal to credit your card could you contact me.
