I was lied to and scammed right into buying a policy from these idiots. Mine was over $2K. I asked all the questions about claims and re-payment. I paid it off andnever needed it til last month. Prior to my claim the Originating sales company - US Fidelus went thru bankruptcy. I was given the option to cancel the policy without knowing a dollar amount of a refund? I was also told that I could keep the policy and it WILL be honored. My Trans went out. Took it to a licensed shop (as directed). Was repaired. Total bill = $3500. Tier One said they will pay the $2K they obligated to pay. But that will take up to 2 weeks. The shop refused to let it sit that long unpaid. I asked Tier One if I paid will I be repaid. Oh yes. They replied. You always have that option. When I called to inform them I had done so and where do I send copies of the paid bill? They then informed me it can be 2 months before I am repaid. Sent them copies of the bill three ways. (BTW they will not sign for anything you mail them). Call back to check on things - Been over a month. Then I am told it can be 6 months to get repaid. I guarantee if it takes more than a couple months I will be taking a different method of recovery. Started doing a little research for my pending fight and they are STILL SELLING THIS CRAP. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO SO. RIP OFF OLD PEOPLE AND DISABLED VETS. GOV Perry Where are you??? AW

Tier One Warranty provided great service, it was the third party middle man who was at fault. Thanks for your help.

I have been trying to get a refund of my extended auto warranty for 4 months now. I paid $1300 for the extended warranty and tried to cancel 3 months later. They will tell you to contact the company that sold the warranty. In my case that was Warranties 4 Wheels. Warranty 4 Wheels tells me they have done all they can do for me and to get my refund and I should contact Tier One. Tier One states contact Warranties 4 Wheels. I have sent 8 emails to [email protected] all with no response. Tier one called me at the request of warranties 4 wheels and stated they would send the check out. That was over 2 weeks ago.There is only one published email. Since then all calls to them state leave a message and they will call back. None of my calls have been returned.
